Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of helpdesk inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
- Provide solutions and troubleshoot issues raised by suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of all helpdesk interactions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and user satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong communication and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Adept organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform.
- Experience in similar roles or environments.
