We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team for an exciting six-month contract opportunity. This role involves collaborating on high-impact projects that enhance user experience through innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design for internal tools, ensuring usability for a large user base.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create a unified design vision.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop high-quality design deliverables using existing style guides.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining design standards.
- Write effective copy to enhance user experience.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and software applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of web-based information architecture and usability principles.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating AI into UX/UI design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Javascript.
- Experience working with data and statistics.
