Step into an influential role as a Scrum Master for dynamic development teams within a large-scale program, focusing on healthcare and government solutions. This remote position invites you to lead Agile ceremonies and ensure successful program delivery through collaboration and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple development teams, coordinating Agile ceremonies and facilitating effective communication.
- Guide teams in refining backlog and developing high-quality user stories in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring transparent progress tracking through Agile metrics.
- Support Product Owners in prioritizing tasks, aligning with business objectives and goals.
- Uphold a professional, respectful workplace atmosphere, promoting integrity and responsibility.
Skills
- At least four years of project management experience, with a minimum of two years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven ability in team communication across technical and executive levels, especially with government clients.
- Experience with various Agile methodologies and tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Possession of relevant Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II, DASM) is essential.
Preferred Skills
- Background in software development, testing, or business analysis is advantageous.
- Familiarity with scaled agile practices like Scrum@Scale, SAFe, or LeSS is beneficial.
