Join our innovative team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in driving success through strategic vendor collaborations. Responsibilities
- Spearhead and coordinate key vendor partnerships to ensure effective and seamless collaboration with both external partners and internal teams.
- Oversee complex multi-year programs, managing dependencies across diverse teams and ensuring timely delivery.
- Create and implement frameworks to enhance teamwork and streamline communication across various departments.
- Develop and provide detailed qualitative and quantitative reports to stakeholders to guide informed decision-making and project success.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment by efficiently balancing conflicting priorities and negotiating trade-offs across projects.
Skills
- Extensive experience, 6-8 years, in partnerships, vendor, or program management within product and engineering sectors.
- Proficient in utilizing Google Suite applications such as Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, simplifying complex ideas.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in managing challenging stakeholders and navigating situations that require influence without formal authority.
- Familiarity with methodologies related to Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity, or Fraud management.
- Background in performance management, either with partners or vendors.
- Experience thriving in start-up or similarly fast-paced environments.
