Join our team as an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager, where you'll lead dynamic projects that drive innovation and success!
Responsibilities
- Successfully lead multiple projects through all stages, ensuring delivery meets quality standards.
- Create and maintain project schedules utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methods.
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address dependencies, risks, and issues proactively.
- Optimize project financials through effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to align project objectives and expectations.
Skills
- Over seven years of practical project management experience, managing various subprojects.
- Proficiency in crafting and managing detailed project plans and Agile/Scrum documentation.
- Strong analytical skills for time and materials estimation as well as change request management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Adept at navigating ambiguous situations to provide clear direction.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with IT M&A or working in controlled environments.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure or engineering project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Jira.
