Responsibilities

• Successfully lead multiple projects through all stages, ensuring delivery meets quality standards.
• Create and maintain project schedules utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methods.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address dependencies, risks, and issues proactively.
• Optimize project financials through effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to align project objectives and expectations.

Skills

• Over seven years of practical project management experience, managing various subprojects.
• Proficiency in crafting and managing detailed project plans and Agile/Scrum documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for time and materials estimation as well as change request management.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Adept at navigating ambiguous situations to provide clear direction.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IT M&A or working in controlled environments.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure or engineering project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Jira.
