Join us as a Senior Project Manager where you'll lead complex initiatives and pave the way for collaborative excellence in technology-focused environments.
Responsibilities
- Guide intricate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Create project timelines, roadmaps, and resource allocation plans to maintain focus and organization.
- Foster alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Identify potential project risks, devise effective mitigation strategies, and remove obstacles to progress.
- Champion Agile methodologies and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies to enhance team productivity.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in dynamic, tech-driven environments.
- Adeptness in Agile methodologies, paired with substantial familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in translating technical jargon into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and organizational prowess with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects effectively and efficiently.
- Must be comfortable and knowledgeable using core Microsoft products—Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Teams. Have a solid foundational understanding of these tools and the ability to continue learning as new features evolve.
Preferred Skills
- Possession of Scrum Master or PMP certification.
- Experience in environments specializing in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enterprise integration.
