Responsibilities

• Guide intricate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Create project timelines, roadmaps, and resource allocation plans to maintain focus and organization.
• Foster alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Identify potential project risks, devise effective mitigation strategies, and remove obstacles to progress.
• Champion Agile methodologies and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies to enhance team productivity.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in dynamic, tech-driven environments.
• Adeptness in Agile methodologies, paired with substantial familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in translating technical jargon into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional communication and organizational prowess with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects effectively and efficiently.
• Must be comfortable and knowledgeable using core Microsoft products—Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Teams. Have a solid foundational understanding of these tools and the ability to continue learning as new features evolve.

Preferred Skills

• Possession of Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Experience in environments specializing in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enterprise integration.
