We are seeking a skilled Workforce Productivity Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to support corporate employees by analyzing trends and enhancing workforce productivity through effective project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of various Workforce Productivity projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with team goals.
- Manage multiple workstreams by creating and overseeing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including launch checklists, runbooks, and training materials to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and deliverables.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business operations.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting clear internal communications.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts.
- Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
