We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging your analytical skills to drive impactful results and support our operations team in solving high-priority business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and visualize data trends to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic actions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key operational metrics.
- Support the Fraud & Safety Investigation operations team by driving effective data solutions.
- Conduct experiments to validate operational strategies and improve efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout projects.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in an operations data analyst role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical models.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with Customer Support or Operations analytics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Ability to adapt in ambiguous environments and drive timely solutions.
