We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging your analytical skills to drive impactful results and support our operations team in solving high-priority business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and visualize data trends to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic actions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key operational metrics.
• Support the Fraud & Safety Investigation operations team by driving effective data solutions.
• Conduct experiments to validate operational strategies and improve efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout projects.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an operations data analyst role within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical models.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Customer Support or Operations analytics.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
• Ability to adapt in ambiguous environments and drive timely solutions.
