Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL for core query work and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or PowerBI to present data visually.
• Engage in requirement mapping from data sets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and direct projects while providing mentorship to junior analysts.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dashboarding tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server models.
• Background in project management or leading teams.
