This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to lead high-priority agile projects in a dynamic environment. Join a forward-thinking team and play a pivotal role in steering projects from concept through to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Guide cross-functional teams through agile project cycles, from concept to delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders to define project priorities and deliverables.
- Facilitate open discussions to foster a healthy team culture.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage project scope and deliver value.
- Engage in capacity and PI planning to align team objectives with stakeholder goals.
Skills
- Proven expertise as a Scrum Master with certification in agile practices.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, capable of guiding multiple agile teams.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence to support agile project management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in various contexts.
- Solid experience in technology implementation.
Preferred Skills
- Background in project management, preferably with PMP certification.
- Understanding of the financial and banking services industry.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Knowledge of data analysis within the banking sector.
