Step into the role of Senior LAN Administrator where your expertise will drive seamless network operations and foster innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software, particularly focusing on Cisco systems.
- Develop and execute detailed plans to ensure continuous system maintenance and network efficiency.
- Guide a team to monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, securing optimal performance.
- Administer Microsoft TEAMS Phone systems and collaborate with IT to address business needs.
- Provide expert consultation and technical support to resolve network issues for end-users.
Skills
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting LAN systems such as switches and routers.
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices.
- Adept in server operating systems and configuration services like DHCP and DNS.
- Skilled at utilizing monitoring tools to boost network performance and reliability.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is an asset.
- Prior experience leading technical projects effectively.
- Strong analytical capabilities for resolving complex network challenges.
