We are seeking a talented Data Scientist / Advanced Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful decisions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven strategies for fraud detection and prevention across various platforms.
- Develop insights and reporting mechanisms to analyze and mitigate fraud at scale.
- Define and evaluate key performance metrics, including the effectiveness of machine learning models.
- Influence and guide experimentation and measurement strategies to enhance decision-making processes.
- Create insightful dashboards for stakeholders to visualize data and trends effectively.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in analytics with a strong focus on data science.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Expertise in designing experiments and conducting power analysis.
- Solid understanding of machine learning models and their evaluation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions from concept to execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ETL frameworks and large-scale data modeling.
- Background in Trust & Safety analytics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage critical programs.
