We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team! This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative design systems for a leading tech platform, focusing on enhancing user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user experience components, ensuring a seamless interaction for users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between design and development, advocating for specific design needs.
- Create documentation and guidelines to support third-party developers in implementing design systems.
- Utilize coding skills to automate processes and enhance productivity within the design team.
- Engage in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience in design systems, with 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong interactive design skills, complemented by basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Ability to create compelling portfolios that demonstrate complex UI work and design processes.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and best practices in UX design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design tools such as UXPin Merge, Zeroheight, or Storybook.
- Background in designing for Smart TVs or touch interfaces.
- Knowledge of JSON and CSS variables for design tokens.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tool design.
