Join our dynamic team to provide top-tier consulting and support for laboratory information systems in a complex healthcare environment. We're seeking an Epic Beaker Certified Analyst / Consultant who can optimize and support Epic Beaker modules, aligning with clinical workflows and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and support Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP) modules.
- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical stakeholders to comprehend workflows and translate needs into effective system design.
- Participate in implementations, upgrades, and large-scale optimization initiatives for Epic systems.
- Ensure system stability and integration in collaboration with IT teams.
- Document and support laboratory compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide recommendations to enhance laboratory system efficiency and usability.
Skills
- Certified in Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP).
- Strong experience with Epic Beaker configuration and optimization in healthcare settings.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Epic Beaker solutions.
- Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams including clinicians and IT professionals.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Data Innovations (DI) or similar middleware solutions.
- Experience with laboratory middleware integration and prior involvement in Epic system optimization.
- Familiarity with CAP and CLIA laboratory standards.
- Experience within vendor contracts or statements of work environments.
