Responsibilities
- Conduct diverse user experience studies aligned with business goals, such as focus groups, field studies, and usability tests.
- Collaborate with designers to refine wireframes and prototypes ensuring user ease and satisfaction.
- Compile actionable research findings and communicate these insights to product teams.
- Promote and document best practices for user research and usability among the selling organization.
- Coordinate usability activities and assessments in our lab to meet product development requirements.
Skills
- Proven experience in user research methodologies, spanning over 7 years.
- Expertise in developing usability studies and creating research documentation.
- Strong interest in user-centric design and understanding of everyday workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environments.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing self-directed projects.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in fields such as Cognitive Psychology or Human Computer Interaction.
- Experience with technical communication and promoting design insights to technical teams.
- A collaborative spirit with a passion for improving the seller experience.
