Responsibilities
- Tackle end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, managing a select number of concurrent searches with precision.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to establish role requirements and execute strategic search processes.
- Conduct thorough research to understand and map market landscapes for strategic talent acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform search strategies and advise executives on talent positioning.
- Develop detailed candidate engagement plans for long-term relationship building.
- Evaluate candidates rigorously to ensure alignment with organizational culture and long-term potential.
- Serve as a credible advisor, guiding executive stakeholders through nuanced negotiations and hiring decisions.
- Design bespoke offer strategies, coordinating with HR and legal teams to ensure competitive packages.
- Manage external search partnerships selectively to ensure alignment and cost effectiveness in recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a professional and confidential candidate experience aligning with best executive search practices.
- Track and analyze search progress for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
Skills
- Substantial experience in senior-level recruiting within finance or complex regulated sectors.
- Proficiency in executive search methods, market analytics, and strategic talent mapping.
- Strong skills in negotiating intricate compensation packages with executive presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- Effective organization and analysis capabilities, able to manage multiple high-level searches.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a retained executive search firm.
- An advanced degree to complement the required academic qualifications.
- Previous success in guiding executive-level hires in finance or corporate environments.
