Join us as a Strategic Web Analyst where you'll use data-driven insights to optimize user experiences and empower marketing strategies. This dynamic role offers the chance to transform web analytics into strategic action.
Responsibilities
- Monitor overall web performance, including traffic and conversion rates, to provide actionable insights.
- Consult on new webpage projects, ensuring they are optimized for effective measurement from inception.
- Create compelling narratives from technical metrics for leadership using Adobe Analytics dashboards.
- Collaborate with the UX team to identify and resolve user friction through data-backed solutions.
- Develop self-serve reporting functions and processes across the organization to enable data access.
- Manage analytics requests using agile project management techniques via Jira in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data science within B2B or SaaS sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics for building segments, metrics, and visualizations.
- Strong communication skills to simplify large datasets into actionable insights for leadership.
- Adept at working independently and steering projects from start to finish.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with behavioral analytics tools such as ContentSquare, Amplitude, or FullStory.
- Proven experience using Jira for tracking tasks and managing projects effectively.
