Responsibilities
- Plan and engineer system infrastructure solutions to maximize performance and reliability.
- Design and implement complex hardware and software systems efficiently.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Oversee and execute new server builds across various technological layers.
- Collaborate with technical experts to drive project success and task completion.
- Manage multiple server builds, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Skills
- Proven ability to construct servers from start to finish, with a solid grasp of technical architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Capability to deliver clear and concise status updates for different audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IBM AIM, Linux, WebSphere, and Oracle is highly advantageous.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of skilled engineers.
- Skill in influencing outcomes and achieving results through collaboration.
