JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Systems Engineer III, where you'll design and implement cutting-edge infrastructure solutions in a hybrid work environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage key projects with innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and engineer system infrastructure solutions to maximize performance and reliability.
  • Design and implement complex hardware and software systems efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and execute new server builds across various technological layers.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to drive project success and task completion.
  • Manage multiple server builds, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Skills

  • Proven ability to construct servers from start to finish, with a solid grasp of technical architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Capability to deliver clear and concise status updates for different audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IBM AIM, Linux, WebSphere, and Oracle is highly advantageous.
  • Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of skilled engineers.
  • Skill in influencing outcomes and achieving results through collaboration.
