Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Power BI and Amazon QuickSight.
- Collaborate with agile teams to develop data processing frameworks and detailed reporting systems.
- Drive the development of analytics tools tailored to meet client needs and boost product evolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data-driven products globally.
Skills
- Proven expertise in data and business intelligence development with at least two years of hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including developing custom measures and creating visualizations.
- Experience working with Amazon QuickSight and AWS data solutions.
- Effective collaboration skills within an agile development setting, showcasing team spirit.
Preferred Skills
- Background in healthcare data analysis, particularly with claims and clinical documentation.
- Familiarity with FHIR and HL7/X12 data formats.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to tackle project challenges.
