We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to lead construction and facilities projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while supporting the expansion of facilities and deployment of robotics technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in construction meetings and provide support for specific requests and project investigations.
• Monitor project progress, report issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, assign responsibilities, and prepare progress reports for upper management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve obstacles and improve project outcomes.

Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction and facilities.
• Proven expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Advanced project management credentials, such as PMP certification.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience in leading teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Background in military service or related fields is a plus.
