Are you ready to take on an engaging role that combines quality assurance with innovative testing protocols? We are looking for a dedicated Project/Program Manager to execute a key initiative from start to finish, collaborating with teams remotely and ensuring high standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison with external testing laboratories, crafting and refining testing protocols.
- Ensure test protocols are accurate, complete, and meet quality requirements, adjusting them as necessary for consistency.
- Coordinate efforts to finalize approximately 250 testing protocols within a deadline.
- Document progress meticulously and provide consistent updates on status.
- Identify any risks or delays in the process and create strategies to address them effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in quality assurance, testing, or compliance within relevant industries such as consumer products.
- Understanding of laboratory testing environments and various testing methodologies.
- Exceptional skills in documentation review and technical writing.
- Ability to manage complex deliverables under strict deadlines with precision.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to collaborate across multiple external partners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in working with third-party labs or certification entities.
- Background in private label or retailer-owned brands or global program support.
- Project management experience ranging from four to five years.
