JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive project deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to implement project management methodologies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of project deliverables as defined in the project charter while managing budget, scope, schedule, risk, and quality.
  • Engage and inform key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and commitment.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including task definitions, resource requirements, and interdependencies.
  • Hold team members accountable for their contributions and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Utilize approved project management methodologies to maintain project artifacts and records.
  • Identify key performance measures, analyze project performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Facilitate project transitions into daily business operations upon completion.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools, including CMMi methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make objective decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations while driving results.
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience leading multiple complex projects from conception to delivery.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
