JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation of key project deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of project deliverables defined in the project charter, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Engage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
  • Define and schedule project tasks, identifying resource requirements and ensuring skilled resources are available.
  • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.
  • Utilize approved project management methodologies to maintain project artifacts and records.
  • Monitor project performance, analyzing outcomes and implementing corrective actions to ensure success.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders, outlining project status, risks, and action plans.
  • Facilitate the transition of projects into daily operations upon completion.

Skills

  • Proven experience in leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
  • Background in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
