JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and drive project deliverables in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on managing multiple projects and ensuring successful outcomes while collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of project deliverables as outlined in the project charter.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop, estimate, and schedule project tasks to achieve defined scope through comprehensive project planning.
  • Identify resource requirements and collaborate with relevant committees to secure skilled resources.
  • Monitor and hold team members accountable for adherence to project plans, providing coaching as necessary.
  • Maintain project artifacts and ensure compliance with established project management methodologies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
  • Facilitate project change requests and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Transition completed projects into daily business operations smoothly.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects from inception to delivery.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
  • Background in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in creating cost-benefit analyses and identifying optimal solutions.
