We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager to join our team, focusing on driving financial insights and strategies that support our growth objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with executive leaders and influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance financial planning models for revenue, gross margin, and billings.
- Prepare detailed analyses for annual planning and quarterly forecasts.
- Conduct monthly business outlooks to monitor performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive daily forecast analyses.
- Model complex scenarios for pricing and product introductions.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis within SaaS companies.
- Expertise in Excel and proficiency in financial planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- CFA or CPA certifications are beneficial.
