We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at communicating business requirements into actionable development plans. This remote role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth implementation of solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a vital connection between business users and IT, translating complex needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and interviews to gather detailed business process and workflow information.
• Analyze and communicate business needs effectively to development teams through use cases, BRDs, and user stories.
• Ensure all project requirements are tracked and met, adapting to changes and supporting testing processes through the release.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members, providing updates on project progress.

Skills

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with experience creating corresponding project deliverables.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, establishing trust and clarity with diverse teams and leadership.
• Ability to create and interpret complex process maps, such as flowcharts and value stream mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow modules or Jira for requirement documentation.
• Familiarity with BlueWorks Live and Aris mapping tools.
• Forward-thinking attitude with an interest in incorporating GenAI tools and skills in prompt engineering.
