Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst, focusing on AI-enhanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making and improve client outcomes. Your expertise will be pivotal in integrating cutting-edge technology with actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure proper configuration of digital analytics, tagging, and data pipelines.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks that align with business goals and strategies.
- Provide strategic advice on event-driven analytics across various platforms including web and mobile.
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports using a range of BI and visualization tools.
- Facilitate stakeholder conversations to translate business objectives into measurable insights.
- Develop and recommend data-driven strategies like A/B testing to optimize client engagement.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics workflows and generate actionable insights.
- Advise clients on best practices in data collection, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team’s growth and thought leadership initiatives.
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in digital or marketing analytics within an agency or consulting environment.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other enterprise analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics and machine learning-supported insights.
- Strong skills in SQL and experience with data pipelines and cloud platforms like BigQuery and Databricks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude and Mixpanel.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages, including Python and JavaScript, for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with consent management platforms and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Certifications in relevant analytics or data platforms.
