JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic Communications team and help drive employee engagement and support HR initiatives through strategic communication programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and roll out strategic communication plans for key HR initiatives like performance management and benefit campaigns.
  • Create and implement effective communication strategies to engage and motivate staff, fostering a thriving workplace environment.
  • Support executive communications by crafting internal messages and developing talking points for leadership forums and town halls.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of communication initiatives to ensure high quality and consistent messaging.
  • Help orchestrate significant company-wide communications events for a consistent and quality employee experience.

Skills

  • Minimum five years in corporate communications with a focus on HR or employee experience, showcasing exceptional writing skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Mailchimp.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a cross-functional communications environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach.
  • Familiarity with setting KPIs and analyzing data to showcase results.
