JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Desktop Support Technician to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-notch technical support in a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional on-site technical support across multiple locations, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Provide VIP-level customer service, ensuring a professional and personable interaction with all users.
  • Manage and troubleshoot mobile devices, network connections, and telecom systems effectively.
  • Conduct data migrations, restorations, and re-imaging of computers as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 and other software to assist users with technical inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting for both Windows and Mac systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing situations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow and Ivanti for ticketing and support management.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Knowledge of basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in a large organizational structure is a plus.
