Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure accountability and timely delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
- Collaborate with IT leaders and internal teams to maintain existing systems while innovating concurrently.
- Design and oversee Oracle Fusion solutions in alignment with enterprise strategies.
- Govern technical decisions and ensure robust integrations and cloud-migration activities.
- Facilitate collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to maintain shared priorities and outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and proactively address delivery issues to uphold performance standards.
- Prepare for transition into a long-term leadership role by advancing engineering practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion implementations and technical leadership.
- Ability to manage vendor teams and integrate new platforms effectively.
- Strong governance in technical decision-making and cloud migration.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing long-term ERP technology roadmaps.
- Background in partnering with leading Oracle firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC.
