We are seeking an experienced Creative Operations and Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing creative projects and resources, ensuring smooth operations within a multidisciplinary studio environment. This position is hybrid based out of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Creative to oversee studio operations and project management.
- Design and enhance systems that facilitate the creative workflow from concept to execution.
- Define project scopes and budgets, managing talent allocation to ensure effective staffing.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to align creative vision with business objectives.
- Monitor project health, implementing contingency plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain clear visibility on project statuses, providing timely updates and approvals.
- Lead the onboarding and management of external vendors to ensure seamless integration with studio standards.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in creative operations and project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable and Miro.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in brand design, retail, and experiential environments.
- Familiarity with creative programs and 3D tools.
- Established network of agency and vendor relationships.
- Passion for entertainment and immersive storytelling.
