JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a seasoned Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect/Technical Lead, where you'll spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital experience platforms, ensuring they remain secure, scalable, and high-performing in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of scalable digital experience architectures using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Define strategic approaches for CMS implementations, aligning with our digital transformation goals.
  • Architect multi-channel content delivery systems for diverse audiences.
  • Establish frameworks for content modeling, component architecture, and design patterns.
  • Set platform governance, coding, and development best practices.
  • Provide architectural leadership across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Guide and mentor teams on AEM best practices and development methodologies.
  • Oversee the implementation and customization of AEM components and integrations.
  • Drive modern front-end architecture leveraging technologies like React or Next.js.
  • Design integrations between AEM and other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless interoperability.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in digital experience or CMS platform design and implementation.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Models, and component development.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end technologies and API-driven architecture.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills in a technical environment.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in large-scale, highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and compliance standards.
  • Exposure to personalization and analytics integrations.
  • Familiarity with search platform integrations and content indexing strategies.
  • Experience with multi-tenant or global content delivery architectures.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
