Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through effective communication with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain process maps to facilitate understanding and implementation of IT support engineering requirements.
• Translate technical specifications into clear, layman-friendly documentation for team members.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Utilize tools such as ASONA and Lucid Chart to document processes and workflows.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong skills in business process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and probe effectively.
• Adept at translating complex concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IT service management concepts and practices.
• Experience using documentation tools like Lucid Chart.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate global team interactions.
• Background as a former employee in similar roles is a plus.
