We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while collaborating with a supportive and innovative group of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through effective communication with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process maps to facilitate understanding and implementation of IT support engineering requirements.
- Translate technical specifications into clear, layman-friendly documentation for team members.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Utilize tools such as ASONA and Lucid Chart to document processes and workflows.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong skills in business process mapping and documentation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and probe effectively.
- Adept at translating complex concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts and practices.
- Experience using documentation tools like Lucid Chart.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate global team interactions.
- Background as a former employee in similar roles is a plus.
