Join us as an Infrastructure Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in designing and maintaining key infrastructure components in an engaging environment. Utilize your technical expertise to ensure optimal system performance and collaborate with teams for innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and deploy infrastructure components that fulfill project requirements.
- Recognize and address issues affecting performance and efficiency.
- Oversee system health, capacity, and performance monitoring.
- Support the development and upkeep of disaster recovery initiatives.
- Promote process consistency and technical reusability across teams.
- Generate and maintain current technical documentation.
Skills
- Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields.
- Expertise in troubleshooting low voltage systems and PCs.
- Proficient in server setup and upkeep.
- Effective communication abilities for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Motivated self-starter with strong initiative.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile development and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of health monitoring and alert systems.
- Experience in IT service management or software engineering.
