Join our dynamic remote team as an Agent Assistant and contribute to supervising electronic communications with a focus on social media compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate electronic communications to ensure adherence to compliance standards, with special attention to social media posts.
- Utilize multiple platforms effectively to assist with communication surveillance and analysis.
- Analyze data using advanced tools to categorize and assess communications efficiently.
- Identify business-related communications and ensure they are reviewed by the necessary parties.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to support compliance and supervisory functions, quickly learning industry regulations.
Skills
- Proficient analytical skills to accurately assess communication standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating findings clearly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also engaging collaboratively with team members.
- Technical aptitude with Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with AI platforms and content creation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the insurance or securities sector, particularly in roles related to compliance or supervision.
- Holding relevant certifications such as FINRA Series 6 or 7, or similar credentials.
- Understanding of product knowledge related to Life Insurance, Fixed & Variable Annuities, and Mutual Funds.
