We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Tech Support Analyst at an entry-level position. This opportunity is perfect for those looking to kickstart their career in technical support while providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 technical support to independent sales agents and employees through various communication channels.
- Assist with password resets, browser troubleshooting, and website support.
- Set up hardware as needed and serve as a backup print operator during production print tasks.
- Document problems and resolutions in the ticketing software to ensure efficient tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge.
Skills
- 1 year of experience in a telephone-based technical support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and excellent phone communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing software for documenting support interactions.
- Familiarity with hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
