Responsibilities
- Guide the team in navigating and solving complex technical challenges using both existing and novel technologies.
- Design, document, and communicate effective solutions architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate the implementation of technology solutions that address business hurdles efficiently.
- Mentor junior staff, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align solutions architecture with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the establishment of architectural standards and best practices organization-wide.
Skills
- Proven experience and expertise in application development and solutions architecture.
- Strong grasp of cloud development concepts, with a particular emphasis on AWS.
- Competency in analyzing and resolving intricate system issues effectively.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and diagramming software for crafting architectural diagrams.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced certifications in AWS Cloud Development or Architecture.
- Experience with low-code development platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or Salesforce.
- Expertise in reviewing solution designs and providing valuable feedback.
- Skillful time management with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks.
