Join a dynamic team as a Color Mastering Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the visual accuracy and consistency of materials used in premium products. Responsibilities

• Oversee the color mastering process from design hand-off to production sign-off for all A-surface materials.
• Lead reviews of physical samples, ensuring alignment of paint, plastics, and soft materials.
• Establish and maintain master color and finish standards, creating a library of approved finishes for reference.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve color and visual quality issues swiftly.
• Support the exploration of new color technologies and material innovation alongside R&D.

Skills

• Master’s degree in CMF Design or related fields such as Industrial Design or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in color development, material specification, or similar areas.
• Exceptional sensitivity to visual aspects such as color, gloss, texture, under various lighting conditions.
• Strong communication skills for leading reviews and negotiating with suppliers effectively.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive, powersports, or consumer products with a focus on color quality.
• Understanding of color matching processes and manufacturing tolerances.
• Familiarity with visual evaluation tools like gloss meters and spectrophotometers.
