Responsibilities
- Design engaging process flows, wireframes, and visual mockups to convey user interaction behaviors effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data and usability insights.
- Participate in testing and data analysis to refine features and enhance user satisfaction.
- Present design ideas to stakeholders for feedback and refinement.
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends and UI innovations to set benchmarks and standards.
Skills
- Proficient in design tools, especially Figma.
- Strong UX design skills with an emphasis on user-centered design principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
- Adept at managing multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and improve usability.
Preferred Skills
- Background in ecommerce and understanding of marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of conversational commerce and AI technologies.
- Experience developing complex admin tools.
- Proven ability to advocate for users and innovate design solutions.
