We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects within a dynamic and innovative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and drive impactful results in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines while managing resources effectively.
- Oversee project budgets and financial tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project integrity.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in the medical device or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
