Join our dynamic team as a Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Consultant and contribute to transformative projects in a collaborative environment. This role offers a hybrid work experience, allowing you to engage with teams across multiple locations and tackle critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support product teams in defining strategies and executing critical projects
- Translate complex business needs into actionable stories for implementation
- Engage in research to enhance product functionality and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project goals and deadlines
- Apply analytical skills to resolve issues and optimize product performance
Skills
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Fenergo's CLM platform
- Strong expertise in client onboarding, including AML and KYC compliance
- Proficiency in analytical problem-solving
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles of product management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in setting up and managing client lifecycle management tools
- Background in banking or financial services industry
- Exceptional communication skills to foster teamwork
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
