- Implement strategies for risk management to effectively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA and Smartsheet for streamlined processes and progress tracking.
- Promote agile methodologies to boost team performance and project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Skills
- Proven history with over 10 years in Technical Program Management handling complex projects successfully.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with vendor management and selection processes.
- Familiarity with Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems and processes.
- Ability to facilitate quarterly planning processes and manage dependencies across teams.
