Responsibilities
- Spearhead the resolution of security vulnerabilities in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Craft and implement strategic plans to mitigate high-priority security challenges.
- Coordinate effective management of cloud secrets in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ensure validation of remediation efforts and address root causes proactively.
- Effectively communicate agile methodologies to partners while prioritizing team goals.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in Cloud Engineering with substantial experience in GCP.
- Proficient in scripting automation and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking and key infrastructure components.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to testing methods.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub or Atlantis.
- Background in cloud security practices and principles can add value.
