Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of data quality, including issue resolution and monitoring.
• Establish standards for critical data elements used in decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate data quality trends and risks.
• Manage and mentor a team of Data Quality Engineers to foster professional growth.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields with a focus on data quality.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing data or analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data observability platforms such as Monte Carlo.
• Strong understanding of data quality dimensions across various use cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within a formal Data Governance organization.
• Familiarity with concepts of data observability and anomaly detection.
• Background in supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
