JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Lead to drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes within our growing organization. This remote position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance supply operations and drive growth in our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution of key initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform leadership decisions.
  • Define and track performance metrics, refining strategies to maximize impact and business outcomes.
  • Partner with various teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support local initiatives and scale best practices across the organization.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, growth strategies, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and BI tools.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing across all levels.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in small to medium-sized business sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages.
  • Background in the 'Experiences' sector or related industries.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
