Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of project deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks to achieve defined scope and timelines.
• Identify resource requirements and ensure skilled resources are available for project commitments.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Transition project outcomes into daily business operations upon completion.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects from design to delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate and adapt to changing environments and ambiguous situations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
• Background in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Coaching and mentoring experience with project teams.
