JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting digital products and requires a strategic thinker who excels in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and delivery of product themes, translating objectives into actionable Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize work efforts and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Drive product objectives by leveraging customer feedback, competitive analysis, and design thinking.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Interface with stakeholders to optimize product delivery and address challenges effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and overall user experience.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, particularly in digital product environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
  • Proficiency in managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks based on business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or nCino platforms.
  • Knowledge of tools such as MS Office, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.
  • A background in transformation programs and delivering large-scale projects.
