Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance foundational workforce frameworks in Oracle, integrating jobs, grades, and related elements.
- Ensure seamless mapping of legacy data from PeopleSoft to Oracle configurations, aligning employees accurately with salary bases and job functions.
- Conduct meticulous validation of test conversion files, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain high data accuracy to prevent system failures and contribute to efficient organizational operations.
Skills
- Proven ability to manage large datasets with precision using Excel and troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Experience with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft and Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective communicator able to work collaboratively with technical and HR teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle configuration requirements and workforce structure file management.
- Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback into system updates and prepare for test loads.
