• Conduct meticulous validation of test conversion files, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain high data accuracy to prevent system failures and contribute to efficient organizational operations.

Skills

• Proven ability to manage large datasets with precision using Excel and troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft and Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
