Responsibilities
- Drive Agile practice implementation and foster team collaboration to deliver high-quality products.
- Facilitate efficient workflows in a scrum environment, ensuring team adherence to responsibilities.
- Coach teams in self-organization, encourage cross-functional skills, and enhance effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Owners to ensure successful product deliveries.
- Address impediments and work with other Scrum Leaders to optimize Scrum efficiency.
- Support and lead all scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives.
Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, capable of managing sprints and creating burn down charts.
- Ability to develop user stories from high-level epics and thrive in a scaled agile framework.
- Certified Scrum Master with outstanding negotiation and facilitation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and the software development life cycle, showcasing agile values.
- Proven skills in planning, problem-solving, and team coaching.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare environments including hospitals and clinics.
- Background in navigating transformations in regulated industries is advantageous.
