Responsibilities
- Articulate and maintain a product vision that supports organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop adaptive product roadmaps and release strategies.
- Manage the product backlog to ensure it reflects business priorities and readiness for sprints.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams to gather, update, and implement feedback.
- Attend essential Scrum events to provide clarity on requirements and green-light completed work.
- Empower decision-making on project priorities and ensure outcomes align with the business return on investment.
Skills
- Experienced in translating product visions into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Excellent communicative prowess for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Comprehensive understanding of software development processes.
- Proficiency in writing precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Adept at juggling conflicting stakeholder requirements effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Background in healthcare and familiarity with EPIC API.
- Experience with digital laboratory products and related workflows.
- Skilled in vendor management and navigating service-level agreements.
- Understanding of billing systems and financial processes in product delivery.
