JOB DESCRIPTION

Become a key catalyst for success in a thriving environment as a Sr Product Owner! Lead dynamic teams and drive product value in an Agile landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and maintain a product vision that supports organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop adaptive product roadmaps and release strategies.
  • Manage the product backlog to ensure it reflects business priorities and readiness for sprints.
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams to gather, update, and implement feedback.
  • Attend essential Scrum events to provide clarity on requirements and green-light completed work.
  • Empower decision-making on project priorities and ensure outcomes align with the business return on investment.

Skills

  • Experienced in translating product visions into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
  • Excellent communicative prowess for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of software development processes.
  • Proficiency in writing precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Adept at juggling conflicting stakeholder requirements effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in healthcare and familiarity with EPIC API.
  • Experience with digital laboratory products and related workflows.
  • Skilled in vendor management and navigating service-level agreements.
  • Understanding of billing systems and financial processes in product delivery.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
